AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed – 2 Timothy 2:15) is an international, non-denominational, Bible-centered children’s organization committed to teaching children the Word of God.  At AWANA children earn awards by reciting memorized scripture, play games and have music and Bible lesson time.  AWANA is open to children three years old through 5th grade and meets each Tuesday evening, 6:00 – 7:30, September through May, following the Lake Travis ISD schedule.

For nearly 60 years, AWANA has been a leader in children’s ministry, helping churches and parents of children and youth world-wide to know, love and serve Christ.  AWANA is the only organization that actively involves parents, church leaders and mentors in the discipleship of children.
