Children’s Ministry

We are a Christ-centered ministry that teaches children the Word of God is true and relevant to them.

On average, we’ll get about 40 hours per year with your kids. In that short amount of time, we want to help them experience a Heavenly Father who loves them unconditionally, change how they see their world and their future, as well as connect them with a leader who believes in their potential. That’s why every Sunday, your child will experience both large group teaching & worship as well as interactive small groups with adult leaders they can trust. Your child’s group will be based on their age or grade level and ranges from 2 years old to 5th grade.

Our Nursery serves families with babies from birth through 23 months of age.  Our Nursery Staff is comprised of experienced, trained workers, who are passionate about caring for the babies of our church and giving their parents an opportunity to worship and connect knowing their most precious gift is loved and well-cared for. Our Nursery is open for the 8AM (allows up to 5 yrs old during this service only), 9:30AM and 11AM services.

DivorceCare4Kids is a 13-week program to help children ages 5-12 heal from the hurt caused by the separation or divorce of their parents. At our weekly DC4K group, kids make friends with other kids who understand how they feel and the things they are going through because of their divorce of their parents.  This group meets Tuesdays from 6:30-8:30.  A new series of DC4K will begin Jan 22, meeting simultaneously with the adult DivorceCare series.  Join them at any time.

Best of all, children will learn how God’s love can strengthen them and help turn tears to hope and joy! We combine games, crafts, activities, music and DVD dramas to create a fun atmosphere where children feel comfortable and accepted. DC4K follows the same schedule as the adult DivorceCare program, allowing parents and children to progress through the healing process together and providing a springboard for meaningful discussions.

Nursery is available for children under 5 years old while parents and older siblings attend DC and DC4K. For more information, contact Melissa Taylor. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

There will be no SSNO for June and July.
