MEN'S MON EVE BIBLE STUDY

7:00 - 8:30 pm Mondays

MEN'S MONDAY EVENING STUDY  is currently studying "Jesus Christ; The Greatest Life Ever Lived - A Unique Blending of the Four Gospels" compiled by Johnston M. Cheney and Stanley Ellisen Th.D. along with the Book of Luke as our backbone.   The compilation blends all of the passages and events described in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John into chronological order bringing a lot more clarity to the four years of Jesus's public ministry.  The compilation remains true to each of the gospels and nothing is left out.  Join us at anytime and newcomers are always welcome.  No homework required.  Contact Vic Winter at cvwinter@swbell.net with any questions.

Tuesdays

PRECEPT UPON PRECEPT INDUCTIVE STUDY

1 Corinthians - Overcoming Divisions and Difficulties in the Body of Christ

(Starting Mar. 2nd)

12:00 - 2:00 pm Tuesdays in Room 208

Why are there so many divisions in the church? Why does the church sometimes tolerate sin? Are you experiencing any of the same problems that the Corinthians did in your own relationships or in your church? If you have similar questions, this study is an important resource. Learn how to pray by knowing God's mind and will on divisions. What does God say about marriage, divorce, remarriage? Tongues? Prophecy? Giving? Paul addresses these issues raised by Corinthian believers. For additional information and/or to register please contact Sherry Hoffman via email: f_r_hoffman@yahoo.com or 603-689-8219.

Wednesdays

WEDNESDAY WOMEN'S BIBLE STUDY

9:45 am in the Fellowship Hall, beginning Jan. 6th

Study of I Chronicles. The writer of this book (possibly Ezra) narrates the stories of biblical history after the fact – after the people of Judah returned home from 70 years of exile in Babylon. The Israelites were struggling. Their home was different from the way it was when King David was on the throne. They were no longer wealthy, but struggled to survive. They did not feel unified. They worried that God did not love them anymore. Therefore, the writer of I Chronicles shows them that God’s promises and intentions are still meant for them.
