On April 25th, our church will come together and give you and your family a chance to help pack more than 50,000 meals and distribute them to organizations addressing food insecurity in the Austin area, including mission partners:

On Thursday, May 14, we’ll have the privilege of hosting four students from Rio Grande Bible College for a special evening of worship, music, and testimony—shared in both Spanish and English. Rio Grande Bible College, one of our Global Missions Partners, trains students from across Latin America who are preparing to step into full-time ministry and to be sent out as missionaries around the world.
We want this night to feel like family—a warm, welcoming evening where we gather around the table, celebrate what God is doing in other parts of the world, and worship together as one church. It’s also a chance to encourage these students personally as they prepare to serve the Lord in ministry, and to be reminded that we’re part of something bigger than ourselves.
We’ll begin with a potluck dinner at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall, so please bring your favorite dish to share, and come ready for a joyful, cross-cultural night of connection and encouragement. Whether you’re new to Lakeway or have been here for years, this is the kind of night where friendships grow and hearts get stirred toward God’s mission. Come hungry, come expectant, and come ready to welcome others to the table.
