Lakeway Church is seeking a passionate and experienced Student Ministry Director to lead and grow our middle and high school ministry programs. This role works closely with student ministry staff, volunteers, and parents to engage the hearts and minds of students, guiding them toward a meaningful relationship with Jesus and a life fully devoted to God.

Lakeway Church is seeking someone who loves people and has strong project management skills to ensure a welcoming and seamless ‘street to seat’ experience for guests during worship services and special events. This role also leads the church’s assimilation process, helping guests take meaningful steps to connect and engage in the life of the church.
