The Lakeway Church Mom’s Ministry is ready to uplift and empower you every step of the way.  Join us to build friendships, deepen your relationship with God, and take your seat at the table. Because a little “mom-mentum” can go a long way in fueling your journey.

More than just a gathering, we are encouragement, where the women of our community come together to share the experiences of parenting, marriage, and spiritual growth.

Women of the Word

Helping those with Parkinson’s Disease

Lakeway Church Parkinson’s Support Group is an open support group with monthly meetings providing encouragement, support, and information to people living with Parkinson’s disease.

First Tuesday of each month from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Rm 205 of the Fellowship Center

If cancer has touched your life, perhaps you would like to join the Lakeway Church Cares Women’s Cancer Support group. Whatever stage of treatment you are in, past or present, you are most welcome. If you are caring for someone with cancer, you are most welcome. You will feel supported, uplifted, and encouraged to share your experiences and emotions.

Occasionally, we will have speakers on subjects of interest ~ food, exercise, healthcare, journaling, arts, and crafts, etc.,

Worship in Motion [WiM]

A bi-weekly class for women on Tuesday and Friday at 9:00 am. Come and move as the spirit leads you with joy and praise through dance.  In this class, you can improve core strength and balance.

• Please wear non-restrictive attire.
• Bring a water bottle, a floor mat, and hand weights (recommended but not required)
• Feel free to come and go, as you are available
• Activity Waiver must be completed before your first session.

Do you become exhausted as you care for a loved one? Do you wonder whether, when, and where to find someone to help you?  Do you find yourself overwhelmed with the many challenges and difficult decisions?  If so, CARING for CAREGIVERS might be for you!

CARING FOR CAREGIVERS is a peer support group that provides emotional and spiritual support to individuals involved in the care of a loved one due to challenges presented by illness, disease, accident, and/or the effects of aging. Many of our caregivers also face the challenges associated with a family member who may have some form of dementia or memory loss.

Meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday

Middle and High School RALLY NIGHTS

Students gather at the church building on Wednesday evenings for fellowship and a fun time! The purpose of these gatherings is to foster community among our students and encourage their spiritual growth in their walk with Jesus. Students rally around each other and toward Christ. They begin the night together, then high school and middle school groups separate for teaching and small groups.
