We believe life is meant to be lived in community, not alone. And the best way to be in community is to get connected in a group at Lakeway Church. Groups help you develop relationships, grow spiritually, and impact the world around you.
ROOTED is your first step to joining a group at Lakeway Church. Whether you have been active in your faith for decades or still exploring Christianity, ROOTED is a safe place to learn and connect with others. Our small groups start with a 10-week experience, and we cannot wait to get you involved!
GROUPS
Small groups meet weekly for ten weeks. These groups create an encouraging environment to discuss scripture and explore faith. We will have a variety of groups available: couples/co-ed, by gender, and by stage of life.
DAILY READING AND REFLECTION
Each participant will receive a ROOTED workbook to guide them through five days of reading and reflection each week. These weekly readings will help you establish a Bible reading and prayer rhythm.
PRAYER, SERVE, AND CELEBRATION
Three times during the 10 weeks the group will take extra time to pray, serve, and celebrate together. Each of these experiences is central to a life ROOTED in Christ and is a beloved part of the ROOTED journey.
