Registration is almost here for LCCP Summer Fun Camps! Join Lakeway Church Christian PreSchool for 8 Weeks, Tue–Thu from 9 AM to 1 PM, with a brand-new weekly theme filled with creativity, discovery, and preschool-perfect adventures.

Registration is first-come, first-served and opens on Wed, Jan 21 at 8 am. Spaces fill quickly, so register early.

Family Worship Sunday

May 31 is Family Worship Sunday, the 5th Sunday of the month. Kids and Students are invited to join the 9:30 or 11:00 am services in the Worship Center. We hope this will be a fun way to welcome them into the broader life of our church!

Promotion Sunday is June 7!

Promotion Sunday is an excellent way to shine a light on kids and help encourage them in their spiritual walk.  Lakeway Kids Ministry celebrates Promotion Sunday during the transition when kids and students move up to the next grade level of Sunday school classes.

After a special goodbye in the Discovery Room, 3rd Graders will move to the Clubhouse.  (Drop off in Discover/Pick up in Clubhouse)

5th Graders will move to the Student Ministry (parents are invited to a special 5th-grade goodbye at the beginning of each service in the Clubhouse)

Parents will be notified if their incoming kindergartener is ready to join us in the Discovery Big Room on either Promotion Sunday, June 7, or August 9, the Sunday before school starts.

You’re Invited to our VBS After Party & VBS Sunday!

VBS is an incredible week, where kids experience the spirit of camp—complete with meaningful Bible stories, high-energy worship, and engaging small group activities that helped them learn how to live out their faith. 

Water Slides, Water Balloons, and FUN…OH MY!

Kids (entering Kindergarten through 5th grade) are invited to get soaked and enjoy summer fun on the Lakeway Church Great Lawn at Wacky Wednesday. A pizza lunch is included, too!

Join us for a morning of fun!  Kids,  Kindergarten – 5th-grade, are invited to enjoy a fun movie, Crafts, Bible Lesson, and Lunch (pizza, applesauce, rice crispy treat, and water)

Camp Lift

Camp Lift is for kids in the 4th and 5th grades for the 2026 – 2027 school year.

Lift is an exciting four-day program for Kids entering 4th and 5th grades. Campers will experience interactive Bible studies, high-energy worship celebrations, small group discussions, and plenty of wild and fun outdoor activities to ensure an unforgettable camp experience that leads preteens toward knowing Christ and growing in relationship with Him.

Child Dedication Class

We believe a child’s dedication and celebration are about dedicating the child to the Lord and encouraging parents to raise them in a God-honoring way. As your church, we want to partner with you and be your biggest fans and supporters as you seek to raise your child to know, love, and serve Jesus Christ one day. Child dedications are celebrated in our services three times a year.

Our next Child Dedication Class is on Wed, Sept 30. 

Bible Navigators

Studying Scripture is one of the most important ways we learn about God. Lakeway Kids Ministry presents personal Bibles to each third-grade through fifth-grade student as a statement of their growing faith development and recognition of being old enough to study Scripture independently. Third to Fifth grade is such an important season—kids move from learning to read to reading to learn. Bible Navigators is designed to help children and parents grow together in confidence as they learn how to navigate God’s Word.

Bible Navigators is an eight-week study for kids and their parents to attend together. All participants will receive a Deep Blue Bible and be prayed over in the main service as we launch this journey.   A parent is required to attend with their child.  Bible Navigators starts in January of each year.
