SERVE WITH US
One of the best ways to connect at Lakeway Church and help others connect with Jesus is through serving.
The student small group leader supports the ministry’s mission to engage student’s minds for a relationship with Jesus and lead them toward a life fully devoted to Him by discipling a group of approximately 10 students at our Wednesday night programming, called Rally. Small groups perform the essential functions of a community of believers in Christ: worship, prayer, Bible study, accountability, mission, and fellowship. The small group leader embraces these elements in their own Christian walk.
The hope of the Lakeway Church Garden Ministry is while our volunteers work side by side, tending the soil, harvesting the produce, and preparing it for distribution, they will discover Christian fellowship and learn to glorify God in new, meaningful ways.
The fruits and vegetables we produce at Garden 9:10 are distributed to help those in need in the Lake Travis community.
There are many ways to serve and contribute to this new and exciting ministry.

Join community volunteers, youth organizations, and church members to serve at a neighbor’s home. You will help with minor home repairs, yard maintenance, and debris collection/disposal. While it might look like these workdays are task-oriented (and we do get a lot done!), the true purpose of our efforts is to walk alongside others while providing hope and demonstrating God’s love.
Lake Travis/Spicewood Workdays are usually the third Saturday of the month. Sign up and invite your family, friends, church group, coworkers, or service organization members to join you.
Our Global Missions team members connect and collaborate with missionaries around the world that the church supports to help develop effective partnerships. Team members help to nurture excellent stewardship of our financial support of those missionaries, help to organize ways that the congregation can engage with them (by learning, going, giving, and praying), and help to ensure that the missionaries are encouraged and effective in the various places they’re serving around the world.
