ANXIOUS FOR NOTHING

When You’ve Had Enough

Scripture: Philippians 4:4–7; 1 Kings 19:3–5, 11–12

When life feels overwhelming, God doesn’t shout at us to “try harder”—He meets us in the whisper. Elijah’s exhaustion, isolation, and discouragement mirror our own struggles, yet God responded with rest, nourishment, and a gentle voice. In our anxious moments, He is nearer than we think. This message is an invitation to stop running, quiet the noise, and lean into the God who meets us in our weakness with care, not condemnation.
